Suggested Use

For supporting Cholesterol, take 1,000mg of Bergamonte daily during the first 1 to 6 months until optimal health cholesterol levels are achieved. Once optimal levels are achieved, take 500mg per day as a maintenance dose. Do not consume more than 1,500mg in a single day.
