Suggested Use

Tongue: May be normal, red, or pale. May be thin, with a white to yellow coating.

Pulse: May be thin or thready, especially in the kidney positions. May be wiry in the liver position.

Contraindications: DO NOT USE DURING PREGNANCY.

Note: This formula is recommended to be used on combination with Clear the Hidden 2 Formula and Resolve the Hidden Formula. Clear the Hidden 1 and 2 are alternated on a weekly basis, while Resolve the Hidden Formula is taken continuously. If the constitution is strong enough, all three formulas can be used simultaneously for maximum effectiveness.

Dosage: Take 2-4 tablets, twice daily of Clear the Hidden Formula 1 for one week. Then take 2-4 tablets, twice daily of Clear the Hidden Formula 2 for one week. Rotate between Clear the Hidden Formulas 1 and 2 in this fashion. At the same time (consistently taken and not rotational), take 1 liquid capsules twice daily of Resolve the Hidden Formula.
